A Katasztrófavédelem tájékoztatása szerint a lángok átterjedtek a szomszédos lakóépület tetőszerkezetére is. A helyszínre riasztották a katasztrófavédelmi műveleti szolgálatot, valamint esztergomi, nyergesújfalui és bajnai hivatásos, illetve sárisápi önkéntes tűzoltókat. A rajok négy vízsugárral oltják a lángokat. Frissítés: a tűzoltók végül kilenc vízsugárral oltották
